So when was the last time you were digitally disconnected by choice? The in-flight online blackout does not count. And neither does traveling in areas where Internet access is closest to none.
Digital disconnection in this case is something that you consciously decided on for whatever reason. This is about those days when you put your digital life on hold for a certain amount of time. The type that includes abstinence from Internet, mobile phones, PCs, laptops, and other gadgets.
If you can still recall a time you did that then you are probably one of those who would find it a breeze to enjoy a day in the real world.
